Tremorfa
Nursery School
This week in nursery the interest in spiders has continued. We have set up our own giant spider web with the children using string to thread and weave around the outside shelter posts. They are starting to show great care and concern as they protect the spiders webs. They understand that the spider has taken lots of time to spin the web and we should be respectful to al creatures. There has also been an interest in building works this week and the children have helped to set up a builders yard outside. They are drawing their own architectural plans, working collaboratively and with a purpose. Lots of focus on welcoming new friends and developing social skills such as sharing with others. Some of the children have been on a walk in the local area and picked blackberries. We have started to talk about signs of autumn and harvesting food.
