This week in nursery we have continued to be busy in the Builders yard. Children have been building walls for Humpty Dumpty, helping each other to lay out the bricks and mixing sand and water to cement the bricks together. There has also been lots of interest in musical instruments in the garden. Children have been doing lots of performances on the stage and exploring the sounds of the different instruments. Under the shelter we have been exploring water play with funnels, pipes and bubbles as well as fishing! Children have been engaged observing cause and effect in this area.
